Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Flexicore SAS, the publishing company of SERV-Minecraft, and any customer wishing to subscribe to a Minecraft server hosting service. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 - Services Offered
SERV-Minecraft offers Minecraft server hosting services with different plans (Power, Xtreme). Each offer includes specific technical features detailed on the offers page: RAM, storage, panel access, technical support, included features.
Article 3 - Pricing and Payment Methods
Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Payment is made at the time of order using the following methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Paysafecard. Services are activated instantly after payment validation. An invoice is issued and accessible from the customer area.
Article 4 - Duration and Renewal
Subscriptions are taken out for a period of one month, without commitment. Renewal is automatic unless disabled by the customer from their personal space. In case of non-payment at maturity, the service is suspended then deleted after a period of 7 days.
Article 5 - Cancellation
The customer can cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund will be made for the remaining period.
Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to hosting services activated immediately after the order, with the express agreement of the customer. By accepting immediate activation of the service, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
Article 7 - Responsibilities
SERV-Minecraft is committed to providing a quality service with optimal availability. However, Flexicore SAS cannot be held liable in case of force majeure, interruption for scheduled maintenance, or any indirect damage. The customer is solely responsible for the content hosted on their server.
Article 8 - Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the courts of Lyon will have sole jurisdiction. The customer may also have recourse to a consumer mediator.
