Terms of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Flexicore SAS, the publishing company of SERV-Minecraft, and any customer wishing to subscribe to a Minecraft server hosting service. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 - Services Offered

SERV-Minecraft offers Minecraft server hosting services with different plans (Power, Xtreme). Each offer includes specific technical features detailed on the offers page: RAM, storage, panel access, technical support, included features.

Article 3 - Pricing and Payment Methods

Prices are shown in euros including VAT. Payment is made at the time of order using the following methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Paysafecard. Services are activated instantly after payment validation. An invoice is issued and accessible from the customer area.

Article 4 - Duration and Renewal

Subscriptions are taken out for a period of one month, without commitment. Renewal is automatic unless disabled by the customer from their personal space. In case of non-payment at maturity, the service is suspended then deleted after a period of 7 days.

Article 5 - Cancellation

The customer can cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund will be made for the remaining period.

Article 6 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to hosting services activated immediately after the order, with the express agreement of the customer. By accepting immediate activation of the service, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal.

Article 7 - Responsibilities

SERV-Minecraft is committed to providing a quality service with optimal availability. However, Flexicore SAS cannot be held liable in case of force majeure, interruption for scheduled maintenance, or any indirect damage. The customer is solely responsible for the content hosted on their server.

Article 8 - Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the courts of Lyon will have sole jurisdiction. The customer may also have recourse to a consumer mediator.

Terms of Use

Article 1 - Acceptance of Terms

Use of SERV-Minecraft services implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms of Use. These terms may be modified at any time, users will be informed of any substantial modification.

Article 2 - Registration and Account

The user must create an account to access the services. They agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity carried out from their account. In case of suspected fraudulent use, the user must contact us immediately.

Article 3 - Use of Service

The service is intended exclusively for hosting Minecraft servers. The user agrees to respect Mojang/Microsoft terms of use. It is forbidden to use the service for any illegal activity, storage of illegal content, spam, computer attacks, or any activity infringing the rights of third parties.

Article 4 - Hosted Content

The user is solely responsible for the content hosted on their server (plugins, mods, maps, player data). SERV-Minecraft does not perform any prior control but reserves the right to suspend any service hosting manifestly illegal content or content contrary to these terms.

Article 5 - Availability and Maintenance

SERV-Minecraft strives to ensure optimal availability of services (target 99.9%). Interruptions for maintenance may occur and will, as far as possible, be scheduled during off-peak hours and communicated in advance. SERV-Minecraft does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.

Article 6 - Technical Support

Technical support is available for any questions regarding infrastructure and the management panel. Support does not include assistance with third-party plugin/mod configuration, custom development, or resolution of issues related to the Minecraft game itself.

Article 7 - Suspension and Termination

SERV-Minecraft reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment, abusive use of resources, or behavior harmful to other users or the infrastructure.

Data Collected

We collect data necessary to provide the service: name, first name, email address, billing address, payment data (processed by our secure payment providers), IP address, connection data. This data is collected during registration, ordering and use of the service.

Purpose of Processing

Your data is used for: creating and managing your account, providing and billing services, customer support, improving our services, complying with our legal obligations, communicating important information about your service.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your contractual relationship with us, then archived in accordance with legal obligations (10 years for billing data). Data from inactive accounts is deleted after 3 years.

Cookies

We only use technical cookies essential to the operation of the site (session, authentication, preferences). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies.
